Coming to make the bench mold of the modeled theatre seats, Since theatre seats are the products of a single type of molds, special molds and molds must be made for each product, the preparation processes of these molds may take different times depending on the complexity of the model. 

While these molds, in which the casting sponges of the products will be printed, were manufactured from metal in the past, today these molds are generally made of fiberglass. Being fiberglass made the preparation of the molds a little faster than the metal molds. These patterns are first created in the computer environment in accordance with the theatre seating model to be made. Then, the molds that will give the seats their own shape are manufactured. 

Now it’s time to produce the seats and backrest sponges that will create the theater seats. The internal structures of these seats and backrests should consist of metal frameworks. Non-metallic interiors, some other companies are making plastic to cut costs, but this is a non-durable system that will soon fail. For this reason, we only use metal skeletons on the inside of the sponges. Metal skeletons are formed by welding in accordance with the seating model and these metal skeletons are placed in pre-prepared fiberglass molds. After these processes, the last step that creates the sponge is left.

The hot liquid, which is formed by bringing two different chemicals together in a fully automatic machine and liquefying, is poured into pre-prepared molds through the arms of the machine. After this process, the holes of the molds are closed with a metal stopper and this liquid should be waited for a while to cool and swell while cooling. After waiting for about 5 minutes, our sponge is ready, the covers of the molds are opened and these sponges, whose production process is finished, are taken out and delivered to other production units.

Prepared sponges are covered in the upholstery unit in the form of leather or fabric, which is pre-selected by the customer. Wooden covers or plastic back covers are created in line with the customer’s request, and now upholstered and back cover products meet with the feet. After the fabric upholstery process is completed, the legs of the theatre seats are prepared according to the customer’s demands, these legs can be prepared in many different appearances as closed arm metal leg, open arm metal leg, or interior non-metallic wood veneer.

After the entire production process is over, the packaging process of the products begins, the products are packed as backrests and seats, the feet of the products, bolts and screws are packaged separately. The packed products are transported to warehouses or logistics centers to be delivered to the customer.
